Matthew visited Korea originally planning only to stay a year but realized fairly quickly that this was going to be too short. Matthew has since been working on refining his Korean language skills and developing his palate for the delicious array of Korean dishes. Matthew is a staunch proponent of the concept of side dishes and has a particular appreciation for foods such as 보쌈, 훈제오리 and the plentiful variety of meats available at Korean BBQ restaurants.
